As one of our Safe and Caring schools initiatives we have developed a Positive Behavior Plan, which we will be reinforcing through the coming year. The plan outlines expected behavior for the NMR Eagles to SOAR!
S -SAFETY (Protect self and others from harm)
O-OWNERSHIP (Be responsible for own learning and actions)
A-ACCEPTANCE (Treat others as you would like to be treated)
R-RESPECT (Yourself, others and the environment)
We focus on developing each of these areas and talking about what they mean in various areas of the school. We celebrate the successes we see in our students as they strive to “earn their wings” by following the expectations.
