Soft Skills AND STEM

Preparing our students for successful futures requires an understanding of new technology but also the ability to work together, listen, and express their ideas to each other. Collaboration and Communication are two competencies the SOAR Center highlight when helping our students to advance using the latest technology.

Technology (hard) skills will be an important advantage to have, but the soft skills we incorporate into our lessons will be the foundation they build a successful career
